Terms of use.

These terms describe the basis on which Lovisum receives requests, replies to them and arranges private occasions in Mallorca. They are maintained by Lovisum and apply to everyone who uses this site or writes to us.

Eligibility

Lovisum is strictly for adults aged eighteen or over. By submitting a request you confirm that you are of legal age, acting on your own behalf and that any arrangement will be lawful, consensual and respectful of everyone involved.

Nature of the service

Lovisum is a private concierge that introduces adults for social, cultural, business and lifestyle company — dinners, cultural events, travel, professional occasions and quiet private evenings. Every companion is an independent adult who chooses whether to accept an occasion. Any interaction between adults after introduction is private, consensual and unrelated to any transactional sexual service.

Access is by request

There is no public catalogue and no self-service account. Access is granted after a personal review of each request. We may decline any request at our discretion and without providing a reason.

Conduct

Everyone within the Lovisum circle is treated with dignity. Behaviour that is illegal, disrespectful, coercive or that endangers a companion, a client or a member of the public will end the relationship immediately and, where appropriate, be reported.

Bookings, fees and cancellation

Every arrangement is quoted individually based on occasion, location, timing and duration. Fees, payment terms and any cancellation window are shared privately once your request has been reviewed and become part of the arrangement you agree with us in writing.

Third-party venues and travel

Restaurants, hotels, transport and other third-party services used during an occasion remain subject to their own terms and prices. Lovisum arranges introductions and coordinates on your behalf; we are not the operator of the third-party services themselves.

Confidentiality

We hold the fact and content of every arrangement in the strictest confidence, subject only to what the law requires. You agree to treat the identity and privacy of any companion with the same discretion — no photographs, recordings or public references without explicit consent.

Intellectual property

The Lovisum name, wordmark, site design, photography and written content are the property of Lovisum and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Liability

Lovisum takes care in every introduction, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome of a private occasion between adults. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to Lovisum for the arrangement in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be resolved privately shall be brought before the competent courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available under your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and material changes will be indicated by a revised "Updated" date above.
