Safety
Safety, consent and respect.
Discretion is only valuable when it protects people. These are the standards we hold ourselves to for every companion, every guest and every occasion.

Safety is the service
An occasion is only elegant if everyone within it feels secure. Everything below is a standing commitment rather than a policy we recite: it governs whom we introduce, which requests we decline and how we act when something feels wrong.
Eighteen and over, without exception
Lovisum is exclusively for adults. Age is confirmed for every companion before they join our circle, and confirmed by every guest when a request is made. Any request that involves a minor, or that pretends to, is refused, recorded and reported to the competent authority. There is no discretion in this and no second conversation about it.
Personally verified companions
Every companion is met in person before joining. We look for character, presence, cultural fluency and discretion — and we listen to how they speak about boundaries. Companions choose their occasions freely, may decline any request without explanation and are never pressed to reconsider.
- Identity and age verified in person, never through a public profile.
- Written boundaries recorded before any introduction is proposed.
- A direct line to us before, during and after every occasion.
- Freedom to end an occasion at any moment, with the fee remaining payable.
Considered introductions
Requests are reviewed one at a time by a person. We weigh the occasion, the setting, the timing and the tone of the request itself, and we introduce only where we believe the arrangement suits both sides. Where we are unsure, we ask a further question rather than proceed.
Consent, and the freedom to change it
Every arrangement is between consenting adults, and consent is continuous rather than granted once. Anyone may decline, adjust or end an arrangement at any point, for any reason and without justification. Boundaries agreed in advance are respected in full; silence, intoxication or pressure of any kind is never consent.
How an occasion is looked after
Public first meetings are our default. A companion always knows where they will be and when they are expected to return, and we remain reachable throughout.
- A discreet check-in at the start and the close of every occasion.
- An agreed word or signal that ends an occasion immediately, without discussion.
- Transport arranged by us wherever a companion prefers it.
- No addresses, itineraries or contact details shared beyond those who need them.
What we will never accept
- Anything that involves a minor, or that pretends to.
- Coercion, deception, threats, or intoxication that removes the capacity to consent — and any form of trafficking or exploitation.
- Requests for unlawful acts, or for anything that endangers a companion, a guest or a third party.
- Photography, filming, recording or the sharing of a companion's identity without their explicit consent.
- Attempts to contact a companion privately outside the arrangement, or to circumvent us entirely.
- Discriminatory, degrading or humiliating treatment of anyone, in any setting.
What happens when a limit is crossed
Our response
- Immediately
- The occasion ends, the companion is brought home safely, and the fee stands.
- Within 24 hours
- A personal review with everyone involved, and a written record of what occurred.
- Permanently
- Access is withdrawn without refund and no future request from that guest is considered.
- Where warranted
- A report to the competent authorities, and every support we can reasonably offer to the person affected.
Discretion, in both directions
We keep the fact and content of every arrangement confidential, and we ask precisely the same of you. What happens within a private occasion stays there — for your protection as much as for a companion's. Our full data practices are set out in the privacy statement.
Report a concern
If something feels wrong — before, during or after an occasion — please write to safety@lovisum.com. Every message is read privately by a person, is answered within 24 hours and is treated with the seriousness it deserves. You may report anonymously, and you will never be penalised for raising a concern in good faith.
In an immediate emergency in Spain, call 112 first. The national helpline for gender-based violence is 016; it leaves no trace on a phone bill. Please tell us afterwards, so that we can act.
